As a Senior Sales Associate at 95 Nutrition, you will take on the responsibilities of a Sales Associate while also serving as a role model for your peers in maintaining store cleanliness, assisting in managing inventory, and excelling in customer service and sales. Success in this role requires a keen attention to detail, a proven track record of positive sales results, and active participation in daily store operations.
The Senior Sales Associate is expected to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with both customers and teammates.
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and attentive service.
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
- Educate customers about the various meal and beverage options available, including ingredients, nutritional information, and special dietary considerations.
- Upsell, or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities. Senior Sales Associates have Commission bonus opportunities for supplements that are discussed more in detail.
- Assist with monthly inventory and be able to complete this task independently.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Reach out to Management when needed.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and cash register management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, promoting special offers, to attract new customers and drive sales.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow the direction of the District Manager.
- Completes assigned company training when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Dependability is a must, follow a schedule and arrive on time.
- Reliable transportation.
- Self motivation and being able to work without supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is crucial when working alone.
- A sense of responsibility and adherence to company policies and procedures is crucial.
- While the ability to work alone is important, effective communication remains essential. This includes clear communication with customers, colleagues and management.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift products 40-50 pounds at a time.
- Bending and stooping.
