The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.50 - $24.50. The full pay range for this position per hour is $22.50 - $38.25

Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture on your team
Retail business fundamentals,including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns,pricing and promotions strategies
Planning department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals
Process improvements and workload efficiency
Leading a team of hourly team members,including skills in interviewing, developing, coaching, evaluating, andretainingtalent.
As a Fulfillment Operations Team Leader, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical day willmost likely include the following responsibilities:
Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and consistent operations
Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.
Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics toidentifyopportunities,takes action to improve, andaligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.
Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model,trainand coach expectations to deliver the service standard.
Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments and team contribute toandimpact total store profitability, in support of yourdirectleader.
Utilize your workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduledworkloadand all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery, freshness,and service standards.
Review all fulfillment reporting toidentifygaps and develop a plan to resolve.
With direction from yourdirectleader,create dailyplans for your team.
Be an expertofoperations, accuracy,processand efficiency.
Enable efficient delivery to our guests by leadingpickup and ship from store workload.
Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team. Support yourdirectleader in their onboarding.
Withyourdirectleader,establish clear goalsaround quality, accuracy, and timelines sand hold team members accountable to expectations. Close any training gaps through coaching conversations.
Ensure the team is following food safety guidelines and selecting fresh food items for guests.
Ensure supplies are orderedtimelyand stocked. Partner withyourdirectleaderforordering.
Ifapplicable, as a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes.
Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts based on store needs
