NWKW seeks a detail-oriented Distribution Lead to own inventorying and distribution at our Victor Distribution Center (DC). This role serves as the critical link between our Logistics Manager, Buying and Production teams, and Retail locations, ensuring that every piece of NWKW and MMTS inventory is received, processed, and distributed with precision. Key duties include managing physical inventory, executing transfers, and executing complex distribution strategies to keep our retail stores stocked.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Katana is a plus).
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets for tracking and data management.
• Strong communication skills to manage the relationship between the Store Managers, Buying team, Production team and the Warehouse.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to handle, pack, and stage inventory shipments and items up to 40lbs.

• Physical Receiving:
  Oversee the physical intake of all 3rd party shipments and finished produced goods at the Victor DC.
• Quality & Accuracy Control:
  Verify that quantities, colors, and styles match Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure no damage is present upon arrival.
• Discrepancy Management:
  Promptly alert Buyers and Production of any discrepancies and collaborate to reconcile issues.
• Unidentified Shipments:
  Identify and flag shipments that do not match open POs, coordinating with management to determine next steps.

• Inventory Management:
  Utilize Katana to receive and transfer inventory.
• Data Tracking:
  Maintain the PO Receipt Tracker, updating statuses from "Processing/Shipped" to "Arrived" and logging actual receive dates and unit counts.
• Invoice Reconciliation:
  Ensure all incoming invoices are cross-referenced with physical goods and accurately posted in the system.
• Order Coding:
  Execute processing workflows based on the established Order Code System (e.g., Retail, Special Orders, Materials).
• Store Transfers:
  Generate and execute transfers to appropriate retail locations based on Store Manager and Buyer distribution notes and Safety Stock levels.
• Product Preparation:
  Sticker, tag, and label products according to specific vendor and Buyer visual guidelines.
• Logistics Coordination:
  Pack products, create shipping labels, and coordinate with couriers for timely store delivery.
• Merchandising Support:
  Include POP (Point of Purchase) and merchandising solutions with product shipments whenever possible to support retail presentation.
• $20-$22/hr DOE
