Join the dedicated team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) as a Financial Services Assistant.
Your role will focus on client support, appointment scheduling, and ensuring a great client experience in this fulfilling position.
As an on-location ambassador, the Financial Services Assistant greets clients, coordinates appointments, and provides essential administrative support to advisors. Your proactive communication skills will help address client inquiries and ensure confidentiality in managing sensitive data. This impactful role directly supports Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and assess their needs efficiently
• Schedule appointments and advise on completed form issues
• Collaborate nationwide to enhance service delivery
• Participate in outreach programs for members
• Manage office supplies and service equipment
Requirements:
• Completed high school diploma required
• Background in financial services or administration preferred
• Proven skills in record-keeping and data management
• Experience in correspondence and report drafting
• Bilingual capabilities in English and French are advantageous
