Financial Services Assistant at CFMWS

Engage with clients as a Financial Services Assistant at CFMWS in British Columbia. Provide critical administrative support while enhancing the financial experience of Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.

As an on-site ambassador for CFMWS, the Financial Services Assistant will ensure visitors receive excellent service and that branch operations meet client expectations. You will manage appointment scheduling, liaise with clients and advisors, and maintain sensitive data with confidentiality.

Your role directly impacts the delivery of programs designed to enhance the well-being of the Armed Forces community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and direct them to appropriate services

• Arrange appointments and follow up on documentation

• Collaborate with teams to create operational improvements

• Conduct outreach for member briefings and events

• Process monetary transactions and maintain office supplies

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Completion of Canadian Securities Course or IFC

• Experience in financial administration or office support

• Skills in data entry and record keeping

• English proficiency, bilingual assets preferred
