The Programs Administrator position offers an 8 FTE schedule in person at our Sidney office. You will be responsible for communication, tracking inventory, and planning training events. Collaboration with employer partners and apprentices is essential, alongside workshop maintenance and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multi-program administration tasks with diligence
• Organize communications, record keeping, and data entry
• Support registration and information sharing across technologies
• Schedule logistics for training events and classroom settings
• Maintain tools and equipment organization for workshops
Requirements:
• Strong professional communication skills and community engagement
• Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail
• Intermediate computer literacy, particularly MS Office
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle preferred
• Marine Service Technician Journeyperson qualification an asset
