Up Victoria is hiring a Manager of Finance and Administration to oversee financial operations and enhance accountability. You will manage budgets, donor relations, payroll, and human resources along with providing governance support. The role includes collaborating with various stakeholders like funders and auditors, ensuring compliance and sound financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting

• Oversee payroll, benefits, and human resources administration

• Provide executive support to the Executive Director

• Coordinate donor and grant administration

• Develop and improve administrative systems for efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in financial administration

• Diploma in accounting or business administration

• Strong understanding of nonprofit funding compliance

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

• Commitment to supporting single-parent families
