Reporting to the Director, you will lead the coordination of important governance functions, ensuring the effective integration and dissemination of information. Your background in project management, along with expertise in tools like MS Project and JIRA, will be essential for streamlining procedures and drafting essential reports. Travel may be needed between various sites, necessitating effective transportation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee governance structure coordination

• Ensure smooth functioning of secretariat activities

• Compose and edit governance-related documents

• Identify issues affecting governance initiatives

• Foster improvements in administrative processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or related training

• Three years' experience in a complex organization

• Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's License

• Proficient in technical software applications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
