Key Responsibilities:

• Proofread and edit technical reports for clarity and consistency

• Format complex documents using MS Word and Excel

• Publish reports with Adobe Acrobat, including graphics and tables

• Collaborate with the Documentation Lead on report production

• Prepare and update report templates for consistency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or journalism

• 5+ years of editing experience, ideally in STEM

• Proficiency in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance in Canada
