Role Overview
Financial Services Representative in the Personal and Business Banking team, working in a fast‑paced Banking Centre to foster key relationships, understand client goals, provide tailored service, and recommend appropriate financial products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client engagement – Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial plan.
- Relationship building – Engage in marketing and outreach activities, grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and work collaboratively to connect clients with the right opportunities.
- Leveraging technology – Become a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to better manage their banking needs.
- Client‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering solutions.
- Goal oriented, driven by accomplishment and high performance.
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strong learning orientation with a desire for continuous growth.
- Certified professional with current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
- Minimum 1 year of client‑facing experience with sales results; prior banking experience is an asset.
