Position: Advanced Financial Analyst Role

Transform data into actionable strategies as a Senior Business Analyst us on financial analysis, product costing, and profitability to drive operational excellence.

Reporting to the Manager of Business Intelligence, this role serves as a critical link between Finance and other departments like Operations and Sales. You will harness tools such as Power BI and SQL to support data-driven decision making. Your contributions will enable the company to thrive in the sweet world of confectionery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete product costing lifecycle

• Offer insights into profitability and margin performance

• Design reporting frameworks for strategic recommendations

• Analyze trends to promote operational efficiency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related area

• At least 5 years of relevant experience

• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL

• ERP system experience, preferably Sage X3

• Background in manufacturing or consumer goods preferred
