You will take on a strategic and practical position, mentoring a finance team while enhancing the analytical capabilities of the function. Reporting to the President and interacting with the Board, your contributions will focus on delivering in-depth financial insights and optimizing operations.

• Lead comprehensive Board reporting and financial oversight
• Develop and maintain a productivity-focused cost accounting framework
• Spearhead annual budget development and forecasting
• Oversee cash flow management and compliance tasks
• Facilitate team improvement through mentorship and coaching

• CPA with 8+ years of progressive finance experience
• 3+ years in a senior finance role
• Proficiency in cost accounting and profitability analytics
• Proven experience in financial controls and reporting
• Exceptional problem-solving and Excel skills
