BCI is seeking an Associate to join its Capital Markets & Credit Investments team, focusing on the strategic resources investment strategy within the Global Partnership Fund. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or related fields, emphasizing strong financial modeling and analytical skills alongside a keen interest in metals and mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for investments

• Support due diligence across investment opportunities

• Prepare investment committee materials for discussions

• Contribute to the ongoing portfolio monitoring for investments

• Conduct research on relevant markets and themes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in investment banking, principal investing, or M&A

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

• Experience in metals and mining

• Relevant degree and CFA or CPA in progress preferred

• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
