• Welcome and check in spa and sauna guests

• Manage bookings and appointment changes efficiently

• Process payments and guest documentation accurately

• Support sauna and cold plunge experiences safely

• Maintain cleanliness of the spa and treatment areas

Requirements:

• Energetic and resilient personality

• Fluent English with clear communication skills

• Previous wellness hospitality experience preferred

• First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
