Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality assistance for guests, maintaining the marina's cleanliness, and managing vessel services efficiently. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, and possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest services adhering to OBMG standards

• Communicate effectively with customers and marina crew

• Greet arrivals and assist with vessel parking and service fees

• Maintain marina cleanliness and ensure safety standards

• Handle product inventories and sanitation tasks

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Knowledge of marine operations an asset

• Strong organizational skills required

• Occupational First Aid & CPR Level 1 preferred

• Cash handling and teamwork skills essential
