Fairmont Empress in Victoria, BC, is seeking a Reservation Agent to excel in service-driven sales for hotel guestrooms and F&B outlets. You will handle inquiries by email, phone, and in person, coordinating group and individual bookings to maximize revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include promoting resort activities, preparing reports, and supporting a professional Reservations team.
