Fairmont Empress in Victoria, BC is seeking a Reservations Agent to handle guest room and dining reservations, maximizing guest experience and hotel revenue. You will manage inquiries via email, phone and in person, coordinate group and individual bookings, and support the Reservations Team Leader in daily operations.
Requirements include a High School Diploma with at least one year in luxury hotel reservations, fluent English, and strong computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word).
