Creating a welcoming, professional experience for slip holders and visiting boaters
Building, training, and developing a high-performing seasonal and year-round team
Establishing clear expectations, open communication, and accountability across the operation
Upholding safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory standards
Overseeing maintenance of docks, equipment, and facilities with a long-term mindset
Managing budgets, contracts, and operational reporting with care and discipline
Planning ahead for seasonal transitions to ensure the marina is always ready
RequirementsExperience in marina or marine-adjacent operations with a strong understanding of life on the water
A leadership style that is visible, hands-on, and grounded
Clear, transparent communication that builds trust quickly
An entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong follow-through
Comfort operating in a seasonal environment that requires adaptability
Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate or willingness to obtain
SVOP or Transport Canada certifications are not required

Base salary target of $75,000–$80,000
