As the Senior Manager of Contracts at BC Transit, you will drive the negotiation and administration of diverse contracts while coaching your team. Housed in Victoria, British Columbia, you will oversee high-volume contract management, ensuring processes align with organizational goals.

Experience with CCDC contracts is essential, and you will move between strategic leadership and practical contract support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee contract negotiation and execution across BC Transit

• Develop and manage commercial and construction contract templates

• Support complex contract management related to IT and outsourcing

• Lead the Contracts team in performance management and mentoring

• Provide strategic contract advice in alignment with organizational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience

• Proven expertise in commercial and construction contracts

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Solid background in public procurement and contract law
