Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Platoon Captains in operational effectiveness

• Organize and execute department service strategies

• Maintain strong communication across the team

• Implement changes for service delivery enhancements

• Address and uphold regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years in a municipal fire services role

• NFPA 1021 Fire Officer III certification

• First Responder certification required

• Relevant post-secondary education preferred

• Class 3 BC Driver's Licence with Air Brake endorsement
