Position: Experienced Terminal Manager Needed
BC Ferries is hiring a Terminal Manager for our Swartz Bay terminal to ensure exceptional operational and customer service standards. Be a key leader in terminal management.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Regional Manager, taking charge of overseeing terminal administration and daily operations. You will enforce safety policies, promote effective teamwork, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations. Your leadership will directly impact staff performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily terminal safety and operations

• Coordinate terminal maintenance and work orders

• Lead customer service initiatives and staff training

• Oversee financial report preparation and budget management

• Participate in safety committee meetings and emergency response

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in passenger transportation terminal management

• Diploma in business administration or a related field

• Experience with budget management and strategic initiatives

• Strong leadership skills in unionized settings

• Knowledge of safety, security, and environmental best practices
