Victoria Youth Empowerment Society (VYES) is seeking a strategic and collaborative Operations Director to provide senior leadership for the organization's operations, people, and systems. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role drives operational excellence, supports managers, and the day-to-day operations of the organization while creating the conditions that allow competent people to do exceptional work for youth and families.#

** For more than 30 years, the Victoria Youth Empowerment Society (VYES) has walked alongside youth and families throughout Greater Victoria, providing responsive, individualized support that builds safety, stability, connection, and independence.

Through emergency shelter, outreach, family support, supported independent living, wellness programming, and prevention services, we support more than 1,000 youth and families each year.

* Partnering with the Executive Director to support grant development, fundraising initiatives, and strategic organizational projects.
