Position: VYES Operations Leadership Role
Join VYES as the Operations Director and influence positive change for youth and families across Vancouver Island. This full-time position focuses on operational leadership and organizational effectiveness.

As the Operations Director, you'll collaborate closely with the Executive Director to enhance systems, support program managers, and implement best practices across the organization. Your leadership will help create a supportive environment where staff can thrive, ultimately strengthening community services for youth in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach program managers to become strong leaders

• Encourage collaboration and shared learning across teams

• Champion innovation and continuous improvement efforts

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Support organizational resource management and planning

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent leadership experience

• Five years of progressive leadership in community services

• Strong skills in operational management

• Experience with budget planning and process improvement

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
