Position: Supervisor for Community Support Services
Step into a supervisory role for Community Support Services at Our Place Society. Inspire change by supporting marginalized individuals and ensuring a nurturing environment for all residents.

As Site Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in operating the community outreach program. Working with the Manager of Housing, Shelters, & Community Services, your responsibilities include staff supervision, crisis management, and fostering resident life skills. Ensure that every family feels respected and valued while maintaining program standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide the onboarding and training for new support staff

• Monitor program intake processes and resident interactions

• Provide leadership and training to volunteers

• Conduct performance evaluations for team members

• Stay observant to uphold safety and policy adherence

Requirements:

• Background in human and social services is preferred

• Knowledge of homelessness and mental health issues

• Strong analytical and communication skills required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations
