WATT seeks a senior transportation engineer and people leader to guide the Vancouver Island Transportation Engineering team. You will shape the local practice, lead complex projects, and build trusted relationships with clients across Vancouver Island.
You will drive delivery quality, mentor staff, and influence growth strategies with Transportation Engineering leaders and the VP. This role requires a registered PE in BC or eligibility and a strong track record managing diverse transportation
