We are seeking a driven Finance Manager with extensive experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. You will lead a team of five, design effective workflows, and implement automated solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations including month-end close and compliance

• Prepare accurate financial statements in line with ASPE

• Conduct key management reporting and variance analysis

• Oversee year-end close and liaise with external partners

• Lead financial integration for new pharmacy locations

Requirements:

• Proven team leadership in accounting and departmental workflows

• Expertise in financial reporting under ASPE

• Strong proficiency in accounting systems such as Sage

• Experience with Power BI for reporting

• Retail or pharmacy accounting experience is an asset
