Join Age Care as a Dietary Aide dedicated to supporting meal services. You will assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanliness while ensuring a positive dining experience for residents.
As a Dietary Aide at Age Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality meal services in our residence. This position requires you to serve meals with courtesy, assist in kitchen preparations, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas. You will also help train new dietary staff, ensuring compliance with health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals to residents and guests courteously
• Prepare beverages, salads, and desserts for service
• Set and clear dining tables and provide tray service
• Clean dishware and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Participate in catering for special events
Requirements:
• Must possess a Food Handler's Certificate
• Previous experience in food service preferred
• Enrolled in Food Service Worker Training Program
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Physically able to lift heavy items and stand for shifts
