A day in the life

• Preparing and plating refined, high-quality desserts with consistency and attention to detail
• Following recipes and presentation standards with accuracy to maintain quality and timing during service
• Assisting in the development and testing of new dessert concepts for seasonal or special menus
• Managing mise en place and station prep to ensure readiness for smooth, efficient service
• Completing daily opening and closing duties including organization, sanitation, and restocking
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure alignment during service and a seamless guest experience
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and food-safe work area at all times

What we hope you'll bring to the team

• You bring at least one year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with a focus on plated desserts
• A sharp eye for detail and presentation, with a steady hand under pressure
• Strong time management and organizational skills, especially during busy service periods
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative, learn new techniques, and support your team
• A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through flavour, texture, and visual appeal
