Field Sales Specialist – Victoria

Rogers Communications is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in Victoria, BC. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and delivering Rogers residential solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Proactively seek new lead opportunities through networking, cold‑calling, and establishing new relationships.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by maintaining relationships, attending events, door‑to‑door selling, and other required activities.
  • Serve as a consultative advisor, offering customized Rogers residential solutions.
  • Achieve sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team.
  • Organize marketing events and selling programs via in‑person or virtual interactions.
  • Share market‑trend insights to refine sales strategies.

Schedule & Work Conditions
  • Full‑time, variable shift.

  • Travel: up to 50% of the time.
  • Background check required.
  • Preferred worksite: onsite 4–5 days per week (start October 6, 2025, increase to 5 days by February 2, 2026).
