Leasing Representative

Position: Full-Time Leasing Representative
Join Killam Apartment REIT as a full-time Leasing Representative in Victoria, BC. Leverage your customer service background to enhance tenant experiences and drive lease signings.

At Killam Apartment REIT, one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, you will field all leasing inquiries and conduct property showings. This role requires an energetic individual with experience in sales and customer service. You will have the responsibility to follow up with prospective tenants, process lease applications, and assist with market surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field leasing communications via phone, email, and in-person

• Perform showings of suites and tours of properties

• Follow up with prospective tenants to close sales

• Assist with lease applications and signings

• Conduct bi-weekly market surveys

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in property management or leasing

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
