Westeck is looking for a proactive Project Consultant with a strong relationship-building focus. This role combines outside sales experience with the passion to innovate custom solutions for windows, doors, and patios. You will guide clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new opportunities through networking and referrals
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to clarify project goals
• Provide tailored recommendations and presentations to clients
• Manage project execution, coordinating with internal teams
• Conduct follow-ups and site visits as needed
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or account management
• Proficiency in CRM and business software systems
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of the construction or window industry is a plus
• Class 5 driver’s license and travel flexibility required
