Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and engage new business through outreach channels
• Maintain a high-volume outbound sales cadence daily
• Present ticketing and sponsorship solutions to clients
• Conduct customer discovery conversations to identify needs
• Mentor outbound sales team members in best practices
Requirements:
• Proven success in outbound sales or lead generation
• Comfortable making 50 to 100 calls daily
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
• Experience with CRM systems, Pipedrive an asset
