As part of a growing groundwater team, you will take on technical leadership roles within Stantec's Water Resources Group. Responsibilities include guiding hydrogeological investigations, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your expertise will impact various projects, from environmental assessments to mine water management and supply development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of hydro-geologists
• Conduct hydrogeological investigations and assessments
• Develop conceptual models for water management
• Oversee drilling, monitoring, and testing programs
• Ensure quality review and technical oversight in reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrogeology or related field
• 7-10 years of hydrogeological consulting experience
• Proven ability to mentor and manage projects
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license preferred
