In this pivotal role, you will oversee the electrical, instrumentation, and automation maintenance activities within a cement plant. Collaborating with various departments, you will focus on improving asset value and executing maintenance plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical installations

• Manage daily maintenance activities and major shutdowns

• Identify critical spare parts and optimize stock levels

• Schedule corrective actions for minimizing unplanned downtime

• Supervise maintenance electricians and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Certified Tradesman in Electrical field

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in heavy industry

• Knowledge of industrial safety techniques

• Proficient in SAP and PLC troubleshooting

• Strong leadership and communication skills
