Position: Pest Technician with Training

In this role, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and conduct inspections of residential and business properties. As a Pest Technician, you will identify pest issues, determine effective extermination methods, and provide prevention recommendations. Building new business through sales is also key, making this position dynamic and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems

• Advise on effective pest control methods and strategies

• Establish connections with potential customers for new business

• Adhere to safety procedures when using pest control products

• Manage schedule to ensure timely completion of services

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a clean record

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Willingness to obtain Applicator's License

• Sales experience in pest control is an asset

• Background in route service or customer service is preferred
