Construction Labourer at Salish Sea Industrial Services

Explore a full-time role with Salish Sea Industrial Services as a Construction Labourer in Victoria, British Columbia. Engage in marine construction and foundation projects across beautiful Vancouver Island.

In this role, you will contribute to the construction and maintenance of marine structures while reporting to the Site Supervisor. Although marine construction experience is beneficial, it is not essential. The position emphasizes teamwork in a varied outdoor environment, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of marine structures

• Conduct general site maintenance and material handling

• Follow safety policies and communicate hazards

• Work toward improving operational efficiency

• Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Capability to lift at least 75 lbs

• Necessary valid driver's license

• Flexibility to travel for projects

• Essential protective equipment is required

• Welding and rigging experience is a plus
