Temporary Field Service Technician

TEEMA is hiring a temporary Field Service Technician in Victoria, BC for medical devices. This 13-week remote role involves mechanical tasks and customer service in healthcare settings.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for replacing brakes on approximately 800 beds in healthcare facilities. The position requires mechanical skills, good communication, and some administrative tasks. Expect to travel overnight for extended periods in specific areas, with a per diem offered for out-of-town work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace brakes on beds in health care facilities

• Communicate effectively with customers

• Perform administrative support for service tasks

• Manage mechanical tasks independently

• Travel to various sites, including overnight stays

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass a criminal record check

• Experience as a maintenance or service technician

• Physically capable of manual labor
