Secondary (high) school graduation certificate - Experience:
Experience an asset Tasks - Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
- Install underground wiring and cables
- Keep maintenance reports and documentation
- Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Support for youths
- Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth
- Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
