You will need a secondary school graduation certificate to apply for this role, which provides complete training with no previous experience required. This position is focused on skill development in reading blueprints, applying coatings, and preparing surfaces for plastering. Working alongside mentors, you’ll build your abilities and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine work requirements from blueprints

• Apply and level plaster coats efficiently

• Clean and prepare surfaces for work

• Secure metal corner beads in place

• Install drywall sheets accurately and securely

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school graduation certificate

• No experience necessary; will provide training

• Capable of handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Work outside in varying weather conditions

• Motivated to learn and grow
