This role blends hands-on equipment operation with crew management to successfully complete various landscape projects. With your extensive background, you’ll ensure safety and budget adherence while leading your team in both hardscape and softscape tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mini excavators for site excavation and grading
• Direct project teams for efficient task fulfillment
• Supervise installations of landscapes and hardscapes
• Perform necessary drainage and irrigation work
• Maintain comprehensive safety documentation and site order
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant equipment experience
• Leadership experience for 2+ years
• Strong understanding of BC excavation protocols
• Ability to read plans and layouts
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
