This position focuses on the setup, operation, and dismantling of audiovisual equipment, emphasizing client communication and satisfaction. Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot equipment and provide support, creating memorable experiences for event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate small-scale audiovisual systems
• Meet with clients to understand their audiovisual needs
• Monitor and check equipment during events
• Document system entry and manage equipment inventory
• Adhere to safety requirements in equipment operation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality
• 1 year of audiovisual knowledge or equivalent experience
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
