We are looking for a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic or Commercial Transport Technician with over two years of hands-on experience. You will diagnose mechanical issues, execute repairs, and ensure vehicles remain compliant and road-ready. Your commitment to quality and excellent customer relations will greatly support operations across Vancouver Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues effectively

• Perform major repairs on vehicle systems including brakes and engines

• Complete preventative and annual inspections for vehicle safety

• Deliver roadside technical support during urgent service calls

• Maintain detailed records and service documentation

Requirements:

• Hold a Red Seal in Heavy Equipment or Commercial Transport

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience

• Clean Class 5 driver’s license

• Proficient in diagnostic tools and digital systems

• Strong knowledge of CVSE and federal regulations
