Description of the role:
We’re seeking an experienced
Senior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance Advisory team.
In this role, you'll play akey part in delivering high-quality advisory engagements across a diverse rangeof industries and transaction types. Working closely with Partners, Principals and Managers, you'll take ownership of analytical work streams, prepareclient-ready deliverables and contribute to the successful execution of complexengagements.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full transaction lifecycle—from initialopportunity assessment through to completion—while further developing your technical expertise, commercial judgement and client advisory skills.
What makes you 'just right':
- Approximately2–5 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Audit, Valuationsor Advisory environments
- Astrong technical accounting foundation complemented by commercial acumen
- Well-developedanalytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Acollaborative mindset and desire to contribute to a high-performing team environment
- Relevanttertiary qualifications (CA, CFA or progress towards these qualification swill be highly regarded)
What your day might look like:
- Deliveringcorporate finance engagements including M&A advisory, business valuations,financial due diligence and strategic advisory assignments
- Preparingfinancial models and analysis to support transaction execution, business assessments and client decision-making
- Producingclient-ready deliverables including reports, presentations, board papers and transaction documentation
- Building relationships with clients, management teams and external advisers while contributing toclient discussions and presentations
- Managingengagement work streams to ensure projects are delivered accurately,efficiently and to a high professional standard
- Supportingteam development by coaching junior team members and contributing to the enhancement ofmethodologies, templates and best practices
