This role provides the opportunity to play a critical role in optimising productivity in leadership operations through high quality executive support, performance partnering, and operational coordination to enable leaders to focus their time and attention effectively and team processes to operate smoothly.

The role blends executive assistance, business operations support, and people performance capability by helping leaders plan, prioritise, communicate, and lift performance across their teams.

Provides proactive support to executive level leaders to enable high performance in their day-to-day operations

Leading initiatives to streamline process and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency in business administrative tasks

Works with Performance Partners to deliver improvement initiatives in change management, process improvement and design and structure for enterprise impact

Provide workshop preparation and support, to enable effective collaborative discussion amongst leaders

Provide support to ensure all leadership engagement moments are of high quality (e.g., presentation preparation, crafting communications, clear agenda setting, room management, attendee preparation and engagement)
Synthesising information to support leader effectiveness and decision making and day-to-day operations

Responsibilities of this role include:

Leading for the transition to improve AI enabled Leadership operations coordination of:

Calendar management

Exec travel and expense management

Event planning and coordination including the day-to-day delivery of these tasks for the Executive.

Program support and administration for enterprise and Tribe level change and improvement initiatives

Create awareness and action through synthesis and communication of data and insights on leadership operations.

Communications and stakeholder management, across enterprise, external parties and suppliers

Building collateral to enable effective leadership engagements and ceremonies
