M&M Asphalt Paving is a premier paving and dirt work contractor based in Victoria, Texas. We are looking for a motivated, experienced professional to join our team for a long-term career. • Estimating:
  Perform accurate takeoffs and project estimates for asphalt paving, dirt work, and concrete.
• Plan Reading:
  Read and interpret construction plans and site blueprints.
• Bidding:
  Manage the bidding process for both residential and commercial projects.
• Sales:
  Meet with clients, present proposals, and close deals.
• Growth:
  Build and maintain long-term relationships with local developers and homeowners.

• Proven experience in construction estimating (paving/dirt work experience preferred).
• Ability to perform detailed takeoffs and read blueprints.
• Strong closing skills and a professional demeanor.
• Reliable, long-term career mindset.

• Guaranteed Base: $50,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience).
• Commission:
  Performance-based incentives on closed jobs.
• Stability:
  Long-term relationship with a locally owned industry leader.
