** The Department of Psychology in the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at Texas A&M University - Victoria is hiring for a tenure track position to join the faculty. Rank and academic specialty is open, but preference will be given to candidates who are able to teach in one or more of the following areas:
Counseling Psychology, Forensic Psychology, School Psychology, and have background supervising practica and internships. Successful candidates will contribute to the general needs of the Psychology program at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

** Candidates should have a Ph.D. or Psy.

D in Psychology and a minimum of one year teaching experience.

Texas A&M University-Victoria has approximately 3,000 students, which allows for a small faculty-to-student ratio. The department of psychology has 326 students and currently offers an undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduate degrees in Counseling Psychology, and Forensic Psychology.

The position is based in Victoria Texas a city of 65.5K surrounded by rural communities, but within an easy drive of Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Houston. This is a face-to-face position, and the successful candidate will maintain a regular presence on campus.
