Adjunct Instructors
The Academic Support & Student Success Department is recruiting for multiple Adjunct Instructors to teach Learning Strategies beginning in the Fall 2026 semester. Classes are face-to-face only in the morning hours on the VC main campus and/or a VISD campus. Salary Based on Instructional Units (one instructional unit is equivalent to 16 contact hours per semester). $655.67/per instructional unit in the Fall/Spring/Summer.
Provide instruction to students in a meaningful classroom and/or laboratory learning environment.
A minimum of a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate hours in area of concentration such as Education (Curriculum & Instruction), Psychology, Sociology, or other appropriate educational fields to be determined by individual transcripts which are required for all graduate level work.
A demonstrated commitment to serving a diverse array of students, to the community college mission, and to academic excellence.
College teaching experience preferred.
