• -Prepares journal and budget entries. Collects, analyzes, and reports data
• -Provides advice and assistance concerning budget and funding procedures and methods
• -Assists in the monitoring, processing and tracking requests
• -Assists in reviewing, evaluating, and preparing request for funds
• -Assists in the preparation of annual operating budget
• -Assists in the preparation of legislative appropriations requests, fiscal notes, and analysis of legislation
• -Conducts training

• -Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• -Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• -Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Starting salary for this position is $3333.34 monthly and is negotiable depending on education and experience.
