Adult Engagement Project Coordinator
The Admissions & Recruitment Department is recruiting for one Adult Engagement Project Coordinator. This grant-funded position, which works 30 hours per week, is responsible for implementation of Victoria College's Greater Texas Foundation grant titled "Engaging and Supporting Adult Learners to College Degrees." The grant purpose is to improve rates of postsecondary stop-outs returning to college and the rates of adults entering college for the first time who also successfully obtain college credentials.
This will be accomplished through data analysis, professional development, marketing, outreach, and innovative external partnerships. This position is predominantly responsible for implementation of the project through coordination of an internal project committee.
