As a Hydraulic Engineer at WSce, you will be responsible for developing innovative engineering designs and overseeing their delivery through construction, commissioning, handover, and post-implementation review. This role allows you to work independently while supported by senior personnel within our Melbourne team.

IdealSkills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Engineering; a Master’s in Engineering or equivalent highly regarded.
- Diploma of Engineering, Diploma of Construction, Diploma or Associate Diploma in Plumbing Services, or a Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services will be considered.
- At least 3+ years’ local experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Sound knowledge of engineering principles and ability to propose design solutions for various client needs.
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of and skills in Engineering & Project Management software/platforms including Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam and ACONEX.
- Strong capability across Microsoft Office applications.
- Recognised as a team player with strong organisational skills and clear communication.
- Demonstrated ability to problem‑solve by accurately evaluating various data sources and making informed decisions.
- Solid project management skills, capable of delivering within time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Ability to build and leverage effective relationships.
